At FloraTech, success is attained through motivated and trained personnel. We invest substantial amounts of time and company resources training our employees and improving their professional standing. We have an active, continuing education reimbursement program and require our employees to attend both in-house and off-site courses in their specialties.

We currently operate in the greater bay area, managing everything from single family residential to multi-family dwellings and homeowner's associations, as well as small commercial sites to 100-acre business parks. In addition to routine maintenance activities, we specialize in remediating problems, design-build improvements, and ground up installations.
